Sleep Training

Back in October we were having a terrible time getting the kids to sleep past 5 am, somedays it was more like 4:30 after several wake ups per night by each child! Bedtime was 7 pm and they were sleeping by 7:30 and most days naps were only 45 minutes long so they were basically getting 10 hours sleep per day...far less than a 2 year old requires! I turned to a friend for some advice and she helped our family so much.

They still are asleep at 7:30 pm but for the most part they sleep through the night other than waking up to go potty. Naps are an hour and a half at least and sometimes stretch to 3 hours for some on really lucky days. The best part is they are staying in bed until 6am or later each morning.

For anyone needing assistance in sleep training I highly recommend you visit her site and think about ordering a consultation...you won't regret it!
