Brady-isms...

Brady is destined to be a lawyer!  He will argue with himself even.

When he talks with his deep voice and squinty eyes you know he means business!

His favorite phrase is "I didn't realize that!"

Cameron-isms...

He always is making someone lose something for little things..."You lost kisses for 3 sleeps!"

If you correct him he will throw his hands up in the air and say "That's what I said!"

He is constantly someone other than himself and you need to be a mind reader. "Cameron is not my name!  I'm Optimus (or Boulder)!"

Aubrey- isms...

No matter how many times I correct her she insists on say "No I amn't!" instead of "No I'm not!"

Every thing is done with drama and attitude.

She never stops talking...ever!

She rarely goes a day without wearing a crown at some point during the day.

Matty-isms...

Matthew cracks us up often...he is destined to be the class clown!

When we is sick of trying to explain something to you he will do one of two things...
Throw his hands in the air and say "I give up on you!"
Cover his face and yell "Ay yi yi!"

When he agrees with something you say he will say "Aye, Aye, Captain Daddy (or Mommy)!"

When something is good he will say "Delicious - Oso!"

He always substitutes "for" in place of if..."For you give me that I will give you this!"

Adventuresome eaters.

Brady is by far the most adventuresome when it comes to trying new foods.  He is always willing to try it out and most of the time ends up liking it.  The other two boys are not as easy to convince but they do find they like some new things when they give in and try.  Aubrey, well she is harder to convince to try things than here momma...I swear I don't know how this girl functions on so little food.  She never wants to eat, unless it's chicken drumsticks then she out eats daddy!

I am scared at the thought of our grocery bill in 10 years!  The other night at dinner Brady ate his macaroni and cheese, some hot dog, some of my baked potato and prime rib, tried shrimp, scallops, haddock and clams then topped it off with a strawberry shortcake.  Cameron has been putting away 2-3 breakfasts every morning!

Bowling Ball Boo Boos!

The kids were so excited to go to the bowling alley for Makenna's birthday.  First up was Aubrey, she went to step up onto the bowling floor, tripped, the ball went up in the air and came down on her hand.  Breaking two of her fingers.  She was a sad girl at the ER until the doctor told her that the boys would have to do her chores for the next 7 days.  That put a smile on her face and you better believe she made sure they followed doctor's orders!

The Human Couch

I tell the kids all the time that I feel like a human couch.  No matter when or where I sit at least two of them are piled on my lap at a time.  Some days all four of them will pile on and hang out.  This wasn't bad when they were little but now that's 140 lbs of love sitting on me!  I swear they will be lap babies until they go to college!
